LEGO Australia Postcard 40651 Revealed

There are a handful of new LEGO Postcards that will be coming in 2023 and LEGO’s shopping portal just updated with their latest addition to the hugely popular sub-theme.

The LEGO Australia Postcard (40651) features a scene from the Australian outback as opposed to the other country’s offerings which showcased a cityscape instead.

The set will fill the shelves on January 1st 2023 and will have a recommended retail price of USD$14.99 / 14.99€.

I’m not too sure why the LEGO Design team would choose to showcase the outback for Australia as the previous postcards were of specific cities around the globe.

There are a lot of iconic cities like across the Australian continent so I’m a bit puzzled as to why Australia only gets….Australia.
