LEGO Botanical Collection Orchid 10311 Official Images!

The official announcement for the LEGO Botanical Collection is actually slated for later today but as usual, LEGO’s retail partners tend to follow their own schedule so here are the official LEGO Orchid 10311 images!

This is definitely one of my favourites of the Botanical Collection (also because it is Singapore’s national flower) as it is quite tricky to achieve the right look for the Orchid flower and I think they did a really great job with it.

This set introduces some new colour variants like the ovoid shield for the petals and the recoloured Demogorgon headpiece for the budding flowers.

And if you take a close look at the Orchid flower, it does look like the designers used a fork utensil to attach the ovoid shield to the base of the flower.

The recommended retail price for the LEGO Botanical Collection Orchid (10311) is USD49.99 / €49.99 / 44.99£.

The LEGO Botanical Collection is slated for a May 1st release but there have been reports on them being sold at some physical retailers across the United States.
