LEGO Star Wars Dark Trooper Battle Pack For 2022?

There is a pretty interesting rumour being bandied about at the moment which is that we would be seeing a LEGO Star Wars Dark Trooper Battle Pack at the turn of the year.

This would feature the scene in the finale of  The Mandalorian Season 2 where Luke Skywalker mows down a horde of Dark Troopers while infiltrating Moff Gideon’s light cruiser.

The Dark Trooper was originally only available in the LEGO Star Wars Imperial Light Cruiser (75315) and there was only one copy of it.

It has a resale price of USD$30 and up so this battle pack is a god-send for those army builders.

The only “stormtrooper” that I army build is the Shadow Trooper and I really do like the design of the Dark Trooper so I’ll probably pick up a few packs on launch day. No word yet on when this will launch so watch this space!

This set is also slated to include a Luke Skywalker minifigure so I’m hoping they will finally release an updated cape/hooded version of him.
