LEGO Ideas Second 2020 Review Results Are In!

This was by far the largest pool of 10K participants that we’ve ever encountered at any of the LEGO Ideas review sessions so it is with great pleasure to finally be able to announce that the LEGO Ideas Vincent van Gogh: The Starry Night project by  Truman Cheng (aka legotruman)  has been selected to become an actual LEGO set!

There is also the announcement that the LEGO Ideas Sonic Mania: Green Hill Zone by Viv Grannell’s (aka toastergrl) from the previous round of 10K projects has been approved for production!

The Sonic the Hedgehog set should be release some time this year to coincide with Sonic’s 30th Anniversary. Hopefully they will include minifigures for Tails, Knuckles and Shadow.

I have to admit that I was a apprehensive about this round as there were so many worthy projects and there will definitely be a lot of them that won’t make the cut.

That said, I wasn’t expecting only one project to get approval.
