LEGO Wizarding World of Harry Potter Series 2 Partial Character list

In the sea of Covid-19 updates, the interwebs was swamped with an image of the LEGO Wizarding World of Harry Potter Series 2 packaging art work.

Apparently a retailer database accidentally made that image public and everyone caught a glimpse of some of the upcoming characters in the follow up to the hugely popular Collectible Minifigure Series.

While I am unable to share said image, we can definitely talk about it as some of the other RLFMs are already doing so. Here are the known characters so far:

• Professor Pomona Sprout with mandrake root
• Luna Lovegood with lion hat (From The Half Blood Prince)
• Professor Albus Dumbledore – Chamber of Secrets version with Fawkes
• Kingsley Shacklebolt (Ministry of Magic Auror and Order of the Phoenix)
• Neville Longbottom with the Monster Book of Monsters
• Bellatrix Lestrange in prison outfit (From Order of the Pheonix)
• Harry Potter with Advanced Potion-Making (From The Half Blood Prince)
• Moaning Myrtle
• Griphook (Gringotts Goblin)

As with most ‘rumoured’ lists, do take this with a bucket of salt as nothing official has been announced by LEGO or Warner Bros. The series is slated for a September release but you never know if that will change thanks to the COVID-19 situation.

There are 16 minifigures to collect as opposed to the 20 character line up for the inaugural series but that number may change. Do note that this is probably a preview mock up and anything may change.
