Bricks World LEGO Certified Store Selling LEGO Bricks In Bulk!

The Bricks World LEGO Certified Store here in Singapore is trying something interesting with their online portal.

They recently updated it with a new section that is listed as “Bricks in Bulk” which allows you to buy 2×4 LEGO bricks by the carton.

It is priced at SGD$160 per box which translates out to approximately 25¢ per piece (approx 650 bricks per carton). It drops to 22¢ per piece if you apply the 10% members discount.

This is not too shabby since the average Bricklink price average is about 17¢ and if you factor in shipping, it would be close to that amount.

It is a pretty decent option to have especially if you need bricks really quickly and you can’t wait two weeks for your favourite Bricklinker to send over the parts.

This could be just the thing that our local moccers need to scale up their builds with elements that can be obtained in bulk at a short notice.

Hopefully if this takes off, we will get more than just current selection of 2×4 LEGO bricks.
