The Cities of Wonders campaign has been unveiled in Hong Kong and here is an sneak peek at the cultural mini-builds that will be available for redemption starting in the month of June.

Historical buildings is central theme of Hong Kong’s Cities of Wonders campaign which is brilliantly captured in the four mini-builds that was designed by Andy Hung, Hong Kong’s LEGO Certified Professional.

You would have to spend a minimum of HKD1200 (~SGD$212) to get the each of the mini-builds and the first two will be available during the Cities of Wonders event held at Cityplaza shopping centre in Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong Island.

Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower (尖沙咀鐘樓)

Location: ACGHK, Anicom 2017; Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition center

I think these mini-builds capture the architecture of the heritage buildings perfectly and although the price for redemption can be on the high side, these gift-with-purchases can contain up to 400pcs which is a lot more than the ones we’ve seen from Singapore and Malaysia.

Note that The Tsim Sha Tsui clock tower mini-build is only available at the opening of the new LEGO Certified Store in Times Square, Causeway bay and the LEGO Central Legislative Assembly Building is only available at Ani-con, Hong Kong’s Anime, Comics and Games Expo.

There are only 1000 sets of each design made so these are really quite the collectible. Will update this post with more details once they are available.
