LEGO Year of the Tiger 40491 First Look!

We caught a first glimpse of the LEGO Year of the Tiger (40491) in the leak by LEGO themselves through their safety certification but the image was quite low in quality so I didn’t publish it.

Now thanks to our friends over at Brickdex, we now have the official first look at next year’s Lunar zodiac gift with purchase!

As most of you know by now, the next animal LEGO Lunar Zodiac series is the Tiger and the set will feature a brick-built version of the famed feline. It will have movable ears as well as a tail that you can pose.

There are no concrete details on how this will be distributed but the promotions from last year had this available when you spend a minimum of SGD$68 on any LEGO products.

The redemption price may vary from market region so do check with your local store for the exact amount.

There are now a total of eight LEGO Lunar Zodiac in the collection with four more to go to complete the longest running LEGO promotional series ever.

As the Lunar New Year is in February, this promotion should begin some time in the middle of January. I will update once more information becomes available.
