LEGO Disney Lightyear Sets Launching In 2022?

The Disney 3D animated movie based on the character Buzz Lightyear is slated to premiere in summer of 2022 and there are now some speculation that we will be seeing no less than three sets based on the new Pixar movie.

This story should focuses on the original “Buzz Lightyear” of Star Command, the peacekeeping organization consisting of Space Rangers who investigate threats to galactic peace, which is what the Toy Story version of Buzz Lightyear is based on.

While details on the plot is scant at the moment, the movie could center around Buzz Lightyear and Star Command so we could see some of the characters from the cartoon series in minifigure form.

The three sets so far are listed with the numbers:

• 76830 – USD$19.99
• 76831 – USD$29.99
• 76832 – USD$49.99

Judging from the price point, I think they should be around the 90pcs for the cheapest set to about 400pcs for the most expensive one.
