LEGO Marvel Collectible Minifigure Series (71031) Rumoured For 2021

The rumour mill has been churning overtime the past couple of days and one morsel stood out from the fray.

Apparently, a Spanish online store has updated their product listing with an entry for a LEGO Marvel Collectible Minifigure (CMF) Series that will launch in August this year.

This would be a huge milestone for LEGO as fans have been clamouring for a CMF series based on the Marvel universe.

There were some legal trappings between Disney and Hasbro which preventing LEGO from releasing a dedicated minifigure series but if this rumour proves true, they must have manage to furnish a work-around.

Perhaps Disney finally came around after seeing the success of their previous two Disney Minifigure series and reception the DC Superheroes series received when it launched.

This also opens up the other potential CMF series under the Disney umbrella that can be produced, *cough*star wars*cough*.
