LEGO Amelia Earhart Tribute (40450) Set Coming in 2021

Our friends over at Brickset has recently updated their databases with an interesting entry. There appears to be a “LEGO Amelia Earhart Tribute (40450)” that is slated for release later this year.

It looks like it could very well be an upcoming gift with purchase done in a similar vein like the recent “LEGO Charles Dickens Tribute”

It is an interesting direction for LEGO to pursue these tributes to historical personalities as the list is endless. I would totally be there on launch day if they did tributes to Marie Curie or Nikola Tesla.

As for the validity of this entry, I do trust the folks at Brickset as they wouldn’t publish something that wasn’t verified before hand.

   Just got a post on our Lego Certified Store’s Facebook page that they will be giving this as a GWP here in South Africa. Spend of R2500 to qualify needed.
