LEGO Lunar New Year Lantern And Pagoda Instructions!
The LEGO Spring Festival sets have officially launched on Monday (Jan 4th) here in Singapore and there is an exclusive gift with purchase if you bought both the LEGO Story of Nian (80106) and Spring Lantern Festival (80107).
As they are region locked to Asia at the moment, some AFOLs have come forward with the printed instructions to the LEGO Lunar New Year Lantern and Pagoda for those who are unable to get their hands on the set.

As with most gift with purchase of this nature, there does not seem to be any unique elements that cannot be found on Bricklink.
