There does not appear to be any unique elements and even the Draco Malfoy minifigure is not exclusive so you’ll be able to build this with your own stash or through bricklink. You can download the instructions here.

i just got two Monster Book of Monsters 30628 from legoland discovery center yesterday! I also nabbed the last two Nebulon B Frigates 77904 and last two Taskmasters Ambush 77905!!! I called local lego store and they said they would not be carrying them as they are going directly online but since the discovery center is run seperately they guessed that the centers managed to nab a few shipments and sell them directly.
Closest Center is nearly 4 hours away. If i knew a set would be waiting it’s doable but dont have any idea if such items are in stock. Congrats though.
