LEGO Technic Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey (42113) Instructions

The cancellation of the LEGO Technic Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey (42113) set just before launch caused a bit of a controversy for our favourite plastic brick company.

But thanks to a generous AFOL who managed to get their hands on the set and scanned in the instructions, we are now able to build the model ourselves, with some slight changes.

According to Eurobricks forum, user Ngoc Nguyen the Osprey is technically rebuildable with the exception of the new Power Up Battery Box (6214082) which can be replaced with the Control+ Technic Hub.

There are also a handful of elements in new colours

  • Technic Liftarm 3×3 T-shaped in Orange, (60484 / 6305545)
  • Rotor Blade (Lamborghini Sian Side Skirt) in Black, (6305550)

Can someone tell me what is happening on page 174 of the instructions? The page is folded over, so you can’t see the content.

  3. Dave D says:

    A couple of questions…
    1. Are there any groups / sites out there that might put together all of the pieces needed to build the Osprey, and sell them as a set?
    2. Is it likely that the new battery box will be offered by Lego, at some point?

  4. Ocean Cowan says:

Where can I get the appropriate pieces for this?

  5. Timothy F. Hiller says:

Is it available as a kit ? I would like to have one. Please let me know.

  6. Herman de Pauw says:

Diferent colours are no problem, airbrush and Vallejo collors will do the trick…

  7. Robert Ryckman says:

    Where might I find decals.

    Thanks Bob
