LEGO Monkie Kid Animated Series Episode 1+2 Now Online!
We saw the launch of the new LEGO Monkie Kid theme last month and it was also reported that there would be a companion animated series to follow.
Now you are able to catch the first two episodes of the LEGO Monkie Kid animated series online! I really love the animation style. It was done by Australian animation studio, Flying Bark Productions, who also did the recent Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The animation is pretty slick and I hope that the quality holds for throughout the season. I’m not sure when the series will air in Singapore but it has already premiered in Malaysia on June 13th.

The tale begins when an ordinary boy, Monkie Kid, finds Monkey King’s legendary staff, and he becomes the chosen one. Together with his brave and loyal friends, Monkie Kid begins his quest to stop the Demon Bull King and his army of Bull Clones from taking over the city.
