LEGO Creator Expert Bookshop (10270) Officially Announced!
LEGO has officially unveiled the LEGO Creator Expert Bookshop (10270) which ends months and months of intense speculation.
It features a bookshop in an European style building which marks a return to the previous aesthetics like those of the LEGO Town Hall and Parisian Restaurant.
The modular is actually made up of two individual structures like the LEGO Pet Shop (10218) where you can actually split them into separate buildings.
One half is the Bookshop and the other is a walk up apartment which is also very similar to the Pet Shop modular that was released in 2011.
There are five minifigures included in this set and three of them sport dual expressions. 
A quick glance at the images and you can see that there are a lot of ‘new’ elements used in interesting ways to create the facade of the buildings.
It clocks in at 2504pcs which makes this one of the larger modulars released since the start of the new wave.
It will have a recommended retail price of SGD$249.90 / US $179.99 / CA $199.99 / DE €159.99 / UK £149.99 / FR €159.99 / DK 1299DKK and will be available come January 1st 2020.
The apartment section of the modular is decked with a lot of nice minifigure scale furniture that you could adapt for your own dioramas.
There is a special pre-order promotion at this year’s Singapore Comic Con where you will get an exclusive LEGO Singapore coin medallion.
