LEGO Steamboat Willie and Central Perk Are Your Next LEGO Ideas Sets!

The LEGO Ideas Second 2018 Review Results are out and the LEGO Steamboat Willie and LEGO Central Perk are headed for production!

Big congratulations are in order for Máté Szabó (Steamboat Willie) and Aymeric Fievet (Central Perk) for having their designs selected to be actual LEGO sets.

I was pretty sure that Steamboat Willie would be a shoe in for production as it was a nice quaint set which LEGO already had the license for.

LEGO Central Perk was also another obvious choice as LEGO Ideas is a haven for sets based on popular television series like LEGO Doctor Who (21304), LEGO The Big Bang Theory (21302) and even LEGO Adventure Time (21308).

The sets are slated for a 2019 release so keep your eyes peeled for more information in the coming months.

Personally I would have loved to have the International Space Station (Space fan here!) as a set but granted that they had already released the Apollo rocket the year before, it would have been quite a stretch.

   Mexcio City set should be happens because We do have DUBAI AND OTHERS sets. and why yet this set discard ???
