LEGOLAND to Open Another Theme Park in China!
Merlin Entertainment, the guys who operate the LEGOLAND theme parks around the world, announced that they would be building another theme park in China.
The first LEGOLAND has already started construction in Shanghai and will be completed by the year 2020.

The latest announcement of the second resort and theme park in China would make it the 12th planned LEGOLAND in the world after the stalled LEGOLAND Korea.
China’s second LEGOLAND theme park will be located in Sanya (三亚) on Hainan island (海南省) which is the southern most part of the country. The place has since been converted into huge a beach resort so it would make sense to construct one to tap into the tourist traffic there.

There is no word yet on when this will be completed but it should be well after LEGOLAND Shanghai launches.
