New LEGO Brand Retail Store (40305) Discovered!

The German version of eBay just listed a new LEGO Brand Retail Store (40305) set which looks set to replace the previous LEGO Brand Retail Store (40145) set that is usually given out at LEGO Brand / Certified Store openings.

The set looks similar to those LEGO Creator ‘habitats’ with the modular like features. This is two storey retail store with a removable roof and second floor.

It comes with two minifigures and what looks to be some elements which require stickers like the LEGO sign above the entrance and some minifigure sized LEGO sets.

There has been no word on when these will be rolled out but they should make an appearance at the next LEGO Brand Store opening.
