The year 2018 marks 60 years of the LEGO brick and Walmart is going to roll out some exclusive sets starting January 28th!
There are three sets that the retailer is launching which harkens back to the days when LEGO first started.
The largest set is the LEGO Classic Bricks on a Roll (10715) set which is your typical Creator boxes but an emphasis on the wheel elements. It consists of 442 pcs and will retail at USD$29.90 (SGD$39 / RM116).
There will be three vintage sets (original styled house, windmill and a truck) which will be released come January 28th. They will retail for USD19.90 (SGD$26 / RM77) each and comes in their very own nostalgic packaging.
It is a little pricey for such a simple build (using system bricks) but I’m thinking that most of those who will be getting these will probably not be opening them.
Only two images of the vintage sets are available at the time of posting but the third one should turn up really soon. I will update as soon as I get it!
Hopefully these will make their way to Singapore and the rest of Asia somehow!
