A Closer Look at the 60 Years of the LEGO Brick Set!

Thanks to the LEGO Brand store Calendar, we have a much look at the 60 Years of the LEGO Brick (40290) set which will be available between 28th of January to the 4th of February 2018 (While stocks last) when you spend a minimum of USD$125.

The images gives us a clearer view of the micro builds that are representative of the Classic sets that have retired more than a decade ago.

The set consist of 421 pieces which indicates that there are enough elements to construct all the micro-builds at the same time. The set also seems to have the 60th Anniversary tile that are included in the Building Bigger Thinking sets that are coming next year.

The micro builds look really cute and I think that this would make a pretty cool 60th Anniversary gift with purchase although I would LOVE for LEGO to re-release some of the actual sets next year!
