The LEGO Ideas First 2017 Review Results are out and it is confirmed that we will be getting the TRON Legacy Light Cycle as our next LEGO Ideas set!
The project was initiated by BrickBros UK and it featured the TRON Light Cycle from the movie along with Sam Flynn in minifigure form.
The model was made to be a display set but my hunch is that the LEGO designers will add some play features to it.
Unfortunately the Surf Rescue project by Damien and Aiden MacRae, did not make the selection but LEGO is working with them on a ‘special’ project that will help promote their message of “surf and sun safety”.
Congratulations to both Brick Bros UK and Damien & Aide MacRae! Can’t wait to see the sets on the shelves!
