One of the most prominent LEGO brick exhibits in Asia, the has landed in Singapore and it promises to be the largest iteration of the show to date!
Originated from Japan, it has traveled to Hong Kong and Taiwan which makes Singapore the 3rd country to host the exhibition since it’s inception in 2003.
What makes Singapore unique is that for the first time, there will be seven new installations to the travelling exhibit which has never been done before.
This will bring the total number of exhibits to 47 which include world heritage sites like Mt. Fuji (Japan), the Eiffel Tower (France) and Sagrada Família (Spain) amongst many others.
And as a teaser, the Piece of Peace exhibition committee worked together with LEGO Singapore to conduct an builders contest where contestants had to submit original LEGO creations based on their heritage and culture.
The winners for both the adults and junior categories are on display at two locations, Raffles City Mall and Plaza Singapura.
I have compiled some of the winning entries below for your viewing pleasure.
The event will take place on the 27th of July at the Fort Canning Arts Centre.
