The final leg of the multi-national Cities of Wonders campaign has begun and Taiwan has officially revealed the exclusive LEGO Taiwan Cultural Mini-builds!
They will follow the same gift-with-purchase mechanic as the other countries except this time you would have to spend a minimum of NT2000 on any LEGO products in a single receipt to redeem one at the designated venues.
The sets were selected based on the cultural relevance to the cities that they are located in like Taipei’s Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall; Taichung’s Railway Station, Tainan’s Chikan House, Kaohsiung’s 85 Sky Tower.
Each of them were designed by Dr. Huang Yanzhi (a.k.a. Rack Huang) who if you remember, built the staggering Taipei 101 tower for Taiwan’s Piece of Peace exhibition in 2014.

These models look like they are perfect to populate your desk display as they are quite small.
The quantum to qualify for redemption is NT2000 which is approximately SGD$91 which I feel is an acceptable amount for a gift-with-purchase such as this.
I’m really looking forward to reviewing these in the coming week so stay tuned!
