LEGO Star Wars Scarif Stormtrooper Variant Discovered

While LEGO Star Wars R3-M2 polybag is making its promotional run now in Singapore and Malaysia, the first image of the LEGO Star Wars Scarif Stormtrooper (40176) polybag has recently popped up.

It actually looks more like a Commander/Captain variant as it has the sand blue highlight at the top of his breast plate armour which denotes he is a squad leader of some kind.

We have already encountered two versions of the Scarif Stormtrooper / Shoretrooper in the LEGO Star Wars Battle on Scarif (75171) and the LEGO Star Wars TIE-Striker (75154).

This makes the third variant as it sports a new brand new torso and leg print and it appears to come with skirting.

Either way, this discovery does confirm that LEGO will be releasing more polybags in this fashion that can be connected to form a larger display.

We should have more details soon regarding this polybag but I’m guessing that this should make its debut during Force Friday later this year.
