LEGO Collectible Minifigure Series 17 Highway Man Minifigure
The LEGO Collectible Minifigure Series 17 has started showing up in LEGOLAND Billund and some AFOLs like Lego_collector_dad managed to get his hands on them.
He has posted on his Instagram the “mystery” 16th minifigure of the series which we correctly identified as a “Highway Man” ( Def: a robber who stole from travellers).
As you can see, he sports the tricorn hat with the dual Flintlock pistols. It does look like he is wearing a new form of cape which has the front lapels draped over the shoulders along with a black bandana.
The minifigure has printed torsos and leg assemblies with dark brown hands. Not too sure what was the marketing strategy for this mystery but it looks like it was one of LEGO’s best kept secret to date.
The CMF series 17 will be available in stores on May 1st and has a Recommended Retail Price of SGD$6.50.

You may be onto something with it being their best kept secret. With the constant leaks we see of Lego, maybe they are testing their “defenses” and seeing where leaks pop up.
