Toys ‘R’ Us Arkham Asylum Set Launch Details (Asia)

I just received the updated Toys ‘R’ Us Arkham Asylum (70912) Set Launch details for Singapore so I thought I would compile some of the known promotions for easier reference as different regions are getting slightly different freebies.

It is an Asia wide launch on the 14th of January for the regions involved. So far I’ve got the details for Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. If anyone else has any more information on their region’s launch, do drop me a message and I’ll update this post.

Malaysia

The launch event is held at the Toys ‘R’ Us outlet at the Mid Valley Megamall on the 14th of January 2017 and the first 100 customers to buy the Arkham Asylum (70912) set at RM799 will enjoy the goodies listed:

• LEGO Batman Movie: The Joker Battle training polybag (30523)
• LEGO Batman Movie: Bat Signal polybag (5004930)
• LEGO Batman Movie Mini build
• LEGO Batman Movie goodie bag
• The first 25 will get a pair of Tickets to the premiere of THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE.
• The first 50 will get a LEGO BATMAN MOVIE poster.

Singapore

Similar to their Malaysia counterparts, Singapore will be attaching these freebies to the purchase of The LEGO Batman Movie Arkham Asylum (70912) set at SGD$299.90 for the first 100 customers:

• LEGO Batman Movie: The Joker Battle training polybag (30523)
• LEGO Year of the Rooster (40234) set.
• Toys ‘R’ Us $10 Voucher
• First 50 will get a pair of tickets to the Premiere of The LEGO Batman Movie on the 7th of February.

Here are the event details:

• Date: 14th January 2017
• Time: Store opens at 10am. Event starts at 11am.

Taiwan

Toys ‘R’ Us Taiwan’s promotion is quite similar to Singapore’s which includes the LEGO Batman Movie: The Joker Battle training polybag (30523) and  LEGO Year of the Rooster (40234) with some added bonuses. There wasn’t any limit stated but I do believe it should be the first 100 customers.

• LEGO Batman Movie: The Joker Battle training polybag (30523)
• LEGO Year of the Rooster (40234) set.
• Toys ‘R’ Us Voucher of unknown amount.
• LEGO Year of the Rooster Red Packets (Hong Bao)
• A pair of tickets to watch THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE.

Venue Details:

• Venue: 台北市中山區新生北路二段28號1樓 104 Taipei
• Date: 14th January 2017
• Time: 10am- 10pm.

There is also a lucky dip for those who make the purchase of the Arkham Asylum (70912) which would allow you a chance to win some sets from The LEGO Batman Movie, Creator Tower Bridge or Creator Volkswagen Beetle.

The LEGO Batman Movie poster can be obtained by completing a LEGO Batman Movie related mobile game and if you screenshot your completion, you get it for free (while stocks lasts).

Hong Kong

 

It looks like Hong Kong’s LEGO Batman Movie Arkham Asylum launch is finally underway and the giveaways are quite generous.

If you are the first 300 to purchase the Arkham Asylum (70912) set, you will stand to get:
