LEGO Pet Shop & Other Sets Retiring Soon

A quick check to the United Kingdom’s Shop@Home store listing has revealed a host of sets that will be retiring soon which includes the LEGO Pet Shop (10218) Creator Expert modular building.

Here is the full list of sets that will be retiring by the end of year:

• The Big Bang Theory (21302 )
• Pet Shop (10218)
• Sydney Opera House™ (10234)
• Ewok™ Village (10236)
• Ghostbusters™ Ecto-1 (21108)
• WALL•E (21303)
• Sandcrawler™ (75059)
• Doctor Who (21304)

 

This seems to be the case for Germany’s Shop@Home sites as well so it could be the Europe region that is slated for retirement.

However, the United States Shop@Home lists these sets as “Hard to Find” only.

I would recommend picking some of these up if you haven’t already as they are pretty good sets to have like The Big Bang Theory (great for accessories), Ewok Village (a lot of Star Wars minifigures) and of course The Pet Shop as it is an excellent modular building to have.

Some of these sets have been restocked in the Singapore LEGO Certified Stores so grab them before the scalpers do.
